Recipe Tips:

  • Use room temperature ingredients: Make sure the egg and milk are at room temperature before mixing. This helps create a smooth batter and ensures even baking.
  • Whisk until smooth: Mix the batter well until there are no lumps. A smooth batter will bake evenly and give the pizza a light, fluffy texture.
  • Preheat the oven fully: The oven must be hot before you put the dish inside. If it’s not fully heated, the batter may not set properly and could turn out soggy.
  • Don’t skip greasing the dish: Buttering the pie dish well prevents sticking and helps the edges turn golden and slightly crispy.
  • Add toppings at the right time: Don’t add the toppings too early, or they may sink into the batter. Add them after the first bake so they stay on top and get perfectly melted and crispy.

How To Store & Reheat Leftovers?

  • Refrigerate:  Let the crustless pizza cool to room temperature. Then, put it in a sealed container and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat: Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and place the pizza inside. Cover with a lid and warm for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the base is hot.
